Where to Start

There’s No One Right Way to Begin.

Whether you’re on the brink, stuck in old patterns, or simply want to deepen what’s already good—we’ll meet you there.

Here are three of the most popular ways.

Our Process

1. Talk to a real person. You reach out, and we have a private conversation — your story, your questions, whether an intensive is even right for you. No bots, no scripts.

2. Get matched with your therapist. Based on what you need — credentials, specialty, location, language — we help you to decide which clinician is the best fit for the whole process.

3. Have a consultation with your therapist. Fit in both directions is an important criterion. Talk about your issues and what you want from this work. Ask questions. Learn how they work.

4. Complete the BIG BIG Book©. Each partner privately answers their half of our 1,864-question assessment, which is completed at least two weeks before your intensive. Your therapist studies both before you ever walk in.

5. The intensive. Two and a half days, in person or online, focused entirely on your relationship. It begins with feedback grounded in your assessment — a clear, personalized roadmap — and moves into the real work.

6. Afterward. You leave with tools, a plan, and options for follow-up care, including
, in person or online, in shorter sessions, with your therapist when you want them.

  • mini-intensives
  • in-person sessions or
  • online sessions

These are arranged with your therapist on the last day of your intensive.

Most couples come to us after one, two, or five therapists couldn’t help. That’s why we spend significant time understanding your history before we begin.
