Dr. Kathy McMahon, Founder — $8,500
Oversaw 4000+ couples company-wide. Four decades. The person who built this practice and trained the team.

Our therapists are all couples therapy experts with advanced training in areas such as:

  • Intimacy and Sexuality
  • Neurodivergent Couples
  • Affair Recovery
  • Betrayals of all kinds
  • Chronic Fighting
  • Coldness & Distance

This includes:

• The BIG BIG Book — the most extensive couples assessment available anywhere
• 16 hours of private, focused therapy over 2.5 days — no groups, no strangers
• A customized treatment plan
• Concrete skills to do it better
• Follow-up sessions to keep momentum

All prices are per couple. One fee covers you both: the full assessment, the therapy hours, and follow-up sessions, which you arrange directly with your clinician. No add-ons, no hidden fees.

Travel, lodging, and meals are separate. You choose where you stay and what you eat; this is a private clinical intensive, not a resort package. Once you’re matched with your therapist, we’ll help you sort the logistics.

How it compares

Fifty minutes is the typical session and is often not enough time to get anywhere.

A contested divorce costs…well, you know what it costs.

A lot.

Two households, split retirement, lawyers on speed dial.

This is less and actually works for couples who put the effort into it.

Three days can change a relationship. No time machine required.

You may have noticed the claims elsewhere: an intensive “replaces six months of therapy.” Then a year. The number keeps growing, like a fisherman’s fish.

Years ago, we made a simpler comparison: the hours in an intensive versus the weeks it takes to accumulate them in weekly therapy. That was math. Somewhere along the way, hours became effectiveness.

We measure an intensive by what changes, not by how many months of therapy someone imagines it replaces.

No insurance. Here’s why.

We don’t bill insurance because it limits what we can do—session length, number of hours, treatment approach. Our couples deserve better than their allotted 50-minute clock.

The real question isn’t what it costs.

It’s what it costs you to keep doing what you’re doing.
